In this role, you will be a strategic partner of, and consultant to, the Manufacturing Director and serve as the local HR Manager supporting a large, complex, multi-building facility. You will focus on:
Maintaining a deep understanding of corporate initiatives/goals to include:
culture, market, business objectives, challenges and opportunities. Collaborating globally as a member of the manufacturing HR leadership team Supporting, advising and partnering with Manufacturing Director and local HR team to effectively drive business results and achieve company goals. Understanding the Corporate HR Delivery Model, coordinating resources, and fostering relationships between HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and local HR team to ensure alignment and consistency. Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:
Bachelor's Degree and six (6) years of progressive HR experience. Five (5) years of experience consulting management on complex employee relations, and organizational effectiveness issues. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Three (3) years of supervisory experience or experience leading a large, cross-functional project successfully. Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain issues. Advanced computer skills and demonstrated ability to use HR Information Systems to generate reports, analyze data, and interpret results. Understand and apply common local, state and federal HR/employment-related laws and regulations, such as FMLA, FLSA, ADA, etc. Solid understanding of key HR metrics and general knowledge of principles/practices of HR. Expert level skills in organizational development, employee relations, change management, and project management. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and passport. Favorable MVR upon hire. Strongly prefer HR experience in manufacturing or related industry/setting
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
