Consistently direct all aspects of construction operations, including pricing, oversight and scheduling of projects to full completion, assuring customer satisfaction.

Operations Manager Supervises:
Job site contractors Bareville Design Installers on site Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee all functions of construction operations.
Assure safe and secure construction operations.
Price complete construction portions of projects for design personnel and customers.
Schedule construction projects and all related sub-contractors and municipalities.
Order miscellaneous materials as required for job completion.
Oversee projects in progress, including job-site visits and participation on job sites as required.
Assure required paperwork is accurately completed in a timely manner.
Participate in relevant company and external meetings.
Maintain and update construction equipment.
Lead the construction operation to profitability Perform other duties as requested or assigned by Cabinetry Manager.
Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of construction, industry materials, sources, dynamics and company policies, procedures and nomenclature sufficient to effectively coordinate all details involved in job duties.
Mathematical, financial, and organizational skills adequate to optimize cost effectiveness in directing construction operation.
Communication and people skills adequate to achieve clear understanding with designers, sub-contractors, vendors and customers, generating and maintaining customer trust and loyalty.
