This job would include market research, demand planning, raw material buying, logistics coordination, production scheduling, and billing.
The ideal candidate would have strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
QuickBooks experience would be preferred, but not a requirement.
The position is located in Leola, PA but a hybrid work schedule is available.
At Regal Foods we import, blend, and bottle over 300 different types of spices.

Job Responsibilities Strategic demand planning Market Research Raw material buying Freight and logistics coordination Generating creative ideas for process improvement Production scheduling Skills & Requirements Ability to conduct detailed research Strong data reporting and analysis skills Excellent prioritization and organizational skills Clear and effective communication Strong computer skills; emphasis in Excel We consider applicants with diverse majors and work history; however, applicants frequently have education in Business Management, Supply Chain, Business Logistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field.
