The person holding this position is responsible for supervising and directing the activities of a working team of production and or operating workers focusing on quality, on time and cost effective production. Additional responsibility for all aspects of inventory management.
DUTIES:
1. Ensure all information, supplies, equipment and materials are available for work to proceed unimpeded.
2. Monitors production to assure adherence to quality standards, production requirements, and schedules personnel accordingly.
3. Provides direct supervision and coordinates the efforts of the team members to ensure timely production.
4. Provides individualized training for all operations within the production line.
5. Works with Industrial division management to increase blind employment through job modification, and assistive technology.
6. Conducts yearly performance reviews on all employees working on the line.
7. Responsible for documenting performance issues on a daily basis.
8. Processes weekly payroll data on each employee working in their area.
9. Generates packing slips, and transfers orders to be invoiced via Great Planes.
10. Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Production Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Prefer at least two or more years of food packaging production related experience, with the ability to direct employees in a diversified work environment.
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required
Good computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suit
Good communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
